Drop in registration will open on Tuesdays at 9am for the current scheduled week

Drop in Rules

Gym Rules

General drop in rules to keep everyone safe and happy

  1. The parent or adult is required to be in the gym supervising their child(ren) during the entirety of drop in.
  2. Maximum of 3 children per supervising adult.
  3. No flips! This includes handsprings, front and back tucks etc.
    We ask that all athletes (competitive or not) respect this rule.
  4. No head first or stomach first landings into the foam pit. Always land feet first or on back.
  5. Heads must be above foam in the foam pit at all times.
  6. Only jump into the foam pit if it is clear.
  7. Please respect the coaches, equipment and other participants. No swearing or offensive language.
  8. No food, gum, belts, jewelry, (watches, dangling earrings, necklaces, chains or rings) or shoes allowed in the gym.
  9. Alberta Gymnastics Federation has mandated all Gymnastics Clubs of Alberta to abide by this policy. No children will be allowed on the gymnastics floor in slings/carriers, car seats and or unattended in strollers.
  10. The supervising coach has final authority on all matters and has the right to remove participants without refund or question for inappropriate behavior in the gym.
  11. Drop in is on a first come first serve basis. To keep everyone safe, there are a maximum number of participants allowed in the gym at one time.
  12. $15 AGF insurance must be purchased prior to participation.

Rules for the trampolines 

Our Trampolines are not like the ones in your backyard!

  1. One person at a time
  2. No one under the age of 4 years old on trampoline
  3. No flips (this includes handsprings, front and back tucks, etc.)
  4. No jumping from trampoline to trampoline
  5. Ensure you are jumping in a controlled fashion
  6. Jump in the center of the trampoline
  7. Walk on and off trampoline
  8. No head first or stomach first landings in the foam pit.  Always land feet first or on back.
  9. Heads must be above foam in the foam pit at all times.
  10. Only jump into the foam pit if it is clear.

Rules for the rock wall

  1. Feet do not go higher than red line (10 + years can go higher, but keep it safe)
  2. Do not climb above or below another person.
  3. Only jump into the foam pit if it is clear.

Illness Policy

We ask that you do not bring your athlete to drop in if they are feeling unwell, such as, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, excessive coughing and running nose, green mucous, pink eye, or any symptoms that may prevent the child from participating comfortably in the gym.
