Our Recreational Programs

Our programs are built into 3 main categories:

  • Stars Program – for ages 1 – 5
  • Can Gym Program – for ages 6 +
  • Specialty Program – a little bit of something for everyone!

Recreational Gymnastics runs in five 2-month sessions beginning in September. Our AGF trained and certified coaches move their class around the gym in 15-minute rotations. Athletes are taught a variety of skills on a wide range of gymnastics equipment, allowing them to progress through the levels of recreational gymnastics. Every class is designed and planned to promote movement and empower young minds to embrace challenges and build the resilience needed to flourish in all aspects of life.

On average, it takes a full year (4-6 sessions) to master all the skills in a level. This means that most gymnasts will require a full year to pass a level.  This includes both our Stars and Can Gym programs.  With our short 2-month sessions, most gymnasts will require multiple sessions to move up to the next level.

THE 3 GOALS OF RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS

Our main priority is having FUN!  We want every child to love gymnastics classes, so we focus on making every class fun.  We do this through games, songs and imagination.  And sometimes, outright silliness!
